The sales rep was very young and easily distracted they

The sales rep was very young and easily distracted they were more worried about looking at their phone and I had to chase them down in the dealership to finish the sale. They agreed ti delivery and I had ti chase them down via text messages to confirm scheduling and timing. They didn?t look at the delivery route when they agreed and were half an hour late.

Bought a used Scion XD.

Bought a used Scion XD. Great experience overall. Pointed out few minor issues. The service department took care of them promptly. Sales person Felix even delivered the car to my home. Highly recommend.

The sales associate, Chris, was excellent.

The sales associate, Chris, was excellent. Relaxed no high pressure tactics. Advised me of all the features the car has to offer and that to contact him if I have any difficulties. My only critique is that the buying process, after a deal was made, was a little too long for my taste it took an hour and a half just to print out the contracts. The signing process however was quick I have no objections to that.
