Bought a used Scion XD.

Bought a used Scion XD. Great experience overall. Pointed out few minor issues. The service department took care of them promptly. Sales person Felix even delivered the car to my home. Highly recommend.

The sales associate, Chris, was excellent.

The sales associate, Chris, was excellent. Relaxed no high pressure tactics. Advised me of all the features the car has to offer and that to contact him if I have any difficulties. My only critique is that the buying process, after a deal was made, was a little too long for my taste it took an hour and a half just to print out the contracts. The signing process however was quick I have no objections to that.

Both the sales and finance departments were enjoyable to deal with. My transaction was fast and smooth. I didn?t feel like they pressured me to buy extra add ons, but did sit down to discuss my options and were very knowledgeable.

Customer service was very poor!

Customer service was very poor! I had went & ask about car if it?s available & sale person said yes! I asked if I can test drive the vehicle & I did.After they ran my credit, got approve,& talk about the price then sale man came out & said sorry this car not for sale because someone put deposit but, they didn?t seen in the system but, mind you I?ve been there for 2 hrs. So I got so upset because of their dishonesty & I got loud with them because ain?t fair to me. All this happened because they listed the car price lower than usual and tried to backtrack the deal on me. After long moment of frustration general manager came out & he was very patience, polite, and respectful he was very honest with me & told me everything from A-Z plus he honored deal but tho he add one extra add on but, I appreciated what he did & his effort.

I had such a great experience at Capital City Honda?they truly went above and beyond for me and it really shows how much they value their clients. From start to finish, I felt taken care of and never rushed or pressured into anything. A special thank you to Luis Lopez and David Poyras. Both of them were amazing to work with?super professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. You can tell they really care about people, not just making a sale. What stood out the most was how personal the whole experience felt. They made me feel like more than just another customer walking through the door. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it meant a lot to me. If you?re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and makes sure you?re taken care of, I highly recommend Capital City Honda. It was my first time at this dealership today and I got

It was my first time at this dealership today and I got to work with Rachel to get my dream car! She greeted me excitedly as soon as I came in for.our appointment and made sure I got everything I desired in the car choice I made, explained everything from a-z and waited patiently with me as we were filling out the paperwork, reassuring me throughout. It's the first time I make a purchase like this and I'm so glad to have had such a sweet sales rep who put me (the customer) first! This was my 3rd stop Saturday after not having great

This was my 3rd stop Saturday after not having great Sales experience at 2 other dealers. As we walked up, we met Cameron great personality told him my story, this was the 3rd used car I was buying for my 17 year old in the last year, previous ones had engine trouble. He was so patient with not just me, but my Son. The car we picked was well cleaned, had been through their check process. We are very happy with the entire experience. I will be back when I?m ready to get a car for myself!
