Good Service

Friendly greetings. Good review of needs. Estimate of time to accomplish accurate. Very nice waiting area. Cleaned the interior and exterior of car. Great service dept.

Great Service Dept.

I had a low pressure issue with my front tire and took it there to be evaluated. They were immediate, courteous and sadly found a screw in the side of my tire. They did not haver the tire in stock and could not get it for awhile so they allowed me to find a source for the tire in stock and sent me on my way, with no charge for the evaluation. Now that is Customer Service and Class.

Top Notch Customer Service

I had an appointment to get three tires replaced and balanced. The dealer service staff is far above any that I have experience in North Carolina. You get a call the day before your appointment to make sure everything is fine. When you pull up, service staff meets you at your vehicle, go over what you need, and time your vehicle will be ready. You can communicate by text or phone with your service advisor during the time your vehicle is in service. I received my vehicle in excellent shape on time, the price was beyond fair, and I did not have to bring it back for shabby maintenance.. KIA New Bern has a great team for others to emulate.

Great Experience

Just purchased 2021 CX-5 and found the buying experience to be painless and fair. Justin Dean did a great job, worked hard and delivered what we wanted. His manager, Rory also was exceptional to work with.

Service with a smile

I came in with my daughter who was seeking to purchase a vehicle she had seen online. We were introduced to a salesman Isaac. He demonstrated passion for his job. He had patience, knowledge of all questions asked. He went far and beyond to help us. He not only helped us with finding my daughter her first car. I was able to trade in my former vehicle for a new one as well. Everything went smoothly. He has a future in great salesmanship. Anyone interested in a vehicle? Isaac is the GoTo person.

James Wiggs - the best car salesman I have met!

James Wiggs did a phenomenal and very professional job in helping me find the right car, and in showing me how to understand everything about the car. James went the extra mile in not only answering my questions but even giving me suggestions in dealing with the safety features, etc. He set up everything in the car so I was ready to go. He even offered to meet with me again, once to install the apple phone device (I didn't have my pw with me), and another time to answer any questions about the car that I might have later. He also suggested I call him any time I have questions about the car. The manager and finance men were excellent too, and quickly and competently completed all of the paperwork. It was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car! And the car is great too - I love all of the safety features and the way it drives.
