Had a great buying experience.

Had a great buying experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and the salesperson brought up the perfect car first time. He could have been a little more knowledgeable regarding all the fancy bells and whistles on that particular model but it didn't interfere with my experience. I paid exactly what the price we talked about was and their finance person was great, helping me explore other options thatn their packages. I love my car and love the dealership. I have even had my car in for it's first routine service and they were great as well!

This dealership has VERY MISLEADING PRACTICES.

This dealership has VERY MISLEADING PRACTICES. The prices are TEASER prices to get you in only. Once your there they tack on 5k in made up packages and fees instead of just being honest about the price in the listing. I called 1st and was told it was available. Get there test drive it and they still say its available but someone called from out of town and is willing to pay those CUSHION prices they built in for packages you didn't ask for and don't need on top of an extra 1,000 dealer fee, taxes etc. They basically said even though I drove 1 hour there ready to purchase if I didn't want to pay for the OPTIONAL 2k cushion package then they were going to wait and try and sell it to the other people on the phone. I noticed in a prior reviews this seems to be how they do business. CANT TRUST people like this to be honest. Look elsewhere.

I went in looking for a particular model, preferably new.

I went in looking for a particular model, preferably new. I don't think the salesperson was very well trained or perhaps just starting out. I tried to purchase a brand new car, even gave them another chance via phone, but they did not tell me of the special financing, or point out the cost differenes between the outgoing and incoming model year! I let them know I was going to look at another dealer and asked what could they do for me for the 2025 model year of the car I was looking at, since the price difference was minimal and I got no reply! I found out there was 4.25 rate for new through KIA but they never told me! I had to research it! I bought elsewhere.

I’d go somewhere else if you’re searching for a car !

I’d go somewhere else if you’re searching for a car ! Not real friendly and arrogant! I refuse to pay the $899 dollars for “vin etching” and they won’t remove it ! Most dealers charge 2-300 dollars for this and you can do it yourself for 20-30 bucks with a kit from Autozone which works well ! It’s a scam

The dealership doesn’t take personal checks. No big deal except they said they did but they needed to do a soft credit check. Long story short, they haven’t taken them for quite some time and did a hard credit check. Now I have a hit on my credit for a car I paid cash for. The staff I dealt with didn’t seem to want to be there. I left another review, the dealership manager asked me to email him to discuss things but, provided an email address that wasn’t valid. Dishonesty and lack of enthusiasm for a car I spent $20k, find another dealership.

Liz and the service department are amazing.

Liz and the service department are amazing. They were very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my car and kept updating me during the process. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I bought my Sportage from them and take it there to get

I bought my Sportage from them and take it there to get serviced. When I pull in I’m quickly greeted. While going over what’s going to be done I’m asked if I want a car wash, given a timeframe, and asked if I need a ride anywhere or if I’m going to wait. This last time I had a rodent get into my cabin air filter and she brought it out to show me. She asked if I wanted them to replace it, gave me the cost, and told me ways to deter them from coming back. I will keep going there for my service as long as I have my Sportage.
