Very fast and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Thanks Corey for the fast and excellent service. Very polite, understanding, helpful. Didn't need to have an appointment. It was able to service my car right away.

Fast and easy

Nicole was wonderful and new I was heading to work and made sure my car was ready in time for me to get to work. I always see her when I visit.

Dealership ok, SalesPerson Exceptional

I only gave them a 3, because they add a documentation fee. However Jeff our sales person was greet to work with & very knowledgeable. He is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with.

Great Service

While visiting my son at school, my vehicle broke down and I had it towed to Prime. I’m from out of town and had never done business with this dealership before. I dealt with Nichole, their customer service person by phone. She was extremely helpful and was able to advocate on my behalf to defer the cost of the repairs to Honda. She also arranged for the repairs to be completed in 1 weeks time.

My CRVs Service

My oil change, inspection sticker and tire check were done within the agreed upon time. The folks behind the counter and technician were very courteous. I have noticed that Prime has slipped a little on what I call heir leading edge for service. No longer are vehicles vacuumed and it is the second time that my car was not washed.

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at. I would strongly recommend him to someone looking at cars. He was willing to work with me to adjust the price to make it more affordable for me.

Pleasant experience

Efficient dealership that is clean and well maintained. The salesman (Kyle) was friendly and accomodating. The test drive was good, and I declined to do highway driving because I felt it was not necessary. We struck a deal the following day, and went in to dealership to complete paperwork. The wait was about an hour, since things were " hopping" and Kyle was finishing up another deal. Everything else went smoothly, and I was shown the basics of the dash board. All told, the experience was pleasant.

Excellent, Fast simple

I will definitely do business again with Suzanne at Prime Honda, the process is fast simple and no pressure at all. They even stayed late that night due to our paper work.

Lack of communication

Had scheduled appointment for oil change at 11am left vehicle and was advised they would call when vehicle was ready. Never received a call. I called at 4:15pm and was informed vehicle was ready. 5 hours to do an oil change and no phone call - very disappointing.
