Ira Honda Saco

My Fiancé and I purchased our first ever car from Prime Honda of Saco last week. We worked with Peter Macridis and it was a great experience. We were interested in a car that was 2 hours away at a different Prime location, and Peter drove down himself that morning to pick up the car so that we could take a look at it. With this being our first experience buying a car, I couldn't have asked for it to have gone any better. We were so impressed with Peters knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Peter and Prime Honda to anyone.

We were treated with both professionalism and courtesy. Made to feel at ease throughout the entire (what is normally a stressful) process. Patience was maintained with us by both the sales rep (Rich Crowell) and financial director (Mike Gibel) in helping us make the right choices during the purchasing process. Thanks to both.

My salesman was Richie and he was very pleasant, patient and well informed! He understood what I was shopping for and spent plenty of time with me answering questions and viewing vehicles online. He was great to negotiate with once I dragged my husband into the dealership to test drive the 2 vehicles I had narrowed it down to. We felt we received a fair deal and even though the dealership was very busy that day all the employees we dealt with made us feel important! Happy to become part of the Honda Family!

Prime beat the competition right up front. No negotiations. No empty promises. Very happy with the whole transaction. The vehicle we were interested in was held for a day for so we could test drive it.

Peter was very easy going and pleasant to talk to. They managed to get me into a very good vehicle, far better than what I had for a trade in, even though I owed way more than it was worth.
