Nancy Barron is the best!

Nancy Barron is the best! We initially spoke to her about what we were looking for and she took us straight to the Genesis. She was well versed on all of the options and the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend Brandon Bullard. I’ve have waited 5 months for the 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz to finally become available. Brandon called me as soon as the truck arrived. He made the purchasing process very easy.

Salesperson was great.

Salesperson was great. I’m happy I waited 2 weeks to review as I am very busy. Car that’s worth 74k and less than 500 miles on it lost all power to dash. Tried calling numerous time to make appointment but keep getting a run around by some useless tool that can’t do his job. I would recommend shopping elsewhere as they only care for your money and not actually you or the brand new car they sold. I would think placing people in your cars that are safe is key. I shouldn’t have to call 4xs to get an appointment for a car you sold me that’s is now considered unsafe. Go to any other Genesis Dealer BEWARE of the scam.

36hrs later and still waiting for a call back for my appointment ! I would go ask if anyone called 4xs yesterday to make appointment and or ask your sales representative who sold me the car. He’s tracking also that I called 4xs yesterday.
