I really appreciate the time and effort that Sammy put into finding the just right car that I wanted. We spent over an hour finding the right car for me and then discussing the price and options that were offered. The employees at Auto Nation were the best and treated me very well. I will recommend the dealership and the Hyundai brand to everyone who will listen to me.

Good experience. Salesman was excellent and very pleasant and made the experience enjoyable. Both my wife and I enjoyed his interaction. Salesman worked very hard to insure we were satisfied.

Never Again
Never buy from this dealer again. The only thing they have going for is THERE SERVICE DEPT.THEY ARE GREAT!!! The sales man we had lied to us about alot of stuff. The employees where SO RUDE DAVE - ED MUSE AN A FEW OTHERS. THE SUV BROKE DOWN THE 2 DAY WE HAD IT. IT HAD TO BE TOWED BACK TO THE DEALERS. THEN THEY CAME OUT TO SEE IF IT WA OUR FAULT. IF WE HAD IT IN 4 WHEEL DRIVE ON INST. 95. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS D WE ALER TO ANYTHING ONE.!!! POOR SERVICE AN RUDE!!! WE WHERE AT THE DEALERS FOR 9 HOURS BUYING THIS SUV. SALES TALK(lieing about prices an rebates) ONLY ONE PERSON THERE WAS HELPFULL &WOULDNT LIE. HIS NAME IS WALTER. THEY MOVED HIM A SIDE AN ED MUSE STEPPED INN. FROM THERE IT WAS ALLFULL. I WILL TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE NOT TO GO TO THIS DEALER.

My new car
Walter was great answering all my questions and was very patient with me. Mr. Pittman did a great job getting me financed so quickly. I love everything about the car. I plan to pay it off as soon as possible so I can get another one.

Great.Service and prices if the service wasn't great I would not have purchased two vehicles I'm usually a Toyota man I'm now becoming a Hyundai fan.

This dealer's service department is awful. When you drive...
This dealer's service department is awful. When you drive in there there with an appointment, there is no one to greet you. I had to spend 10 minutes yelling : "Hello?" before someone came out. My front right signal light wasn't working. They told me it would cost me $800 to have the entire assembly replaced. I took it to another dealer; it cost nothing to have the lightbulb replaced. They make you wait for hours to tell you they don't know how to fix something. I will never go back to this dealer again.
