Joanne is the BOMB!

Joanne is awesome! Great customer service is key with any transaction today and Joanne certainly goes above and beyond! She has always taken great care of our service needs. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Joanne!!!

High pressure sales tactics

This dealership does good work but they have high sales pressure tactics and their prices or will above average but when you go to the dealer you know that the prices are going to be inflated and they're going to try to sell you everything under the sun

My service rep is the best.

What price service? In a world littered with people who don’t even know what the words “customer service” mean my service rep must have cut her teeth on those words. Nothing makes a more lasting impression than Joanne who always greets me with a smile. No one does it better than Joanne Jackson Gooden. Hang on to her.

Love my Kona

Joe, our salesman, greeted us right away and took us directly to the Kona I wanted to test drive. He was very knowledgeable of the Kona. My husband and I both drove the vehicle and was impressed. We weren’t ready to purchase on the day of test drive, but Joe was kind and understanding. He contacted me only a few times, which helped me to decide to go back to this dealership, over the next two months in which it took me decide on a vehicle purchase. Once I was ready I contacted Joe on a Tuesday and told him what I wanted and that we would be on Saturday to pick it up. All went great! We were in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours of arrival. Everyone was so kind and helpful!

Joanne is fabulous!

Theresa has always been helpful. We have purchased 5 cars from her. I know she has left the dealership but i wanted to share. Joanne is the best, she always makes sure we understand our service performance.

Awesome

My service rep is awesome. You can buy a car you like but then you have to service it to keep it in tip top shape. Kudos to Joanne Gooden for Taking care of me for going on three years She rocks. Always available. That’s important!!

Very positive

First of all, I traded in an E350 Mercedes and found the G90 a superior produce. The first thing I told DR was I was not buying anything. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Really disn’t Put on the hard push. Just positively discussed their product. I have been introduced to just about everyone in a management position and all were very nice and professional. I think I made the correct dicission.

Great Service

Had an appointment for oil change, tire rotation and recall. Appointment was kept on time and I was out in a very acceptable time. All work completed plus a car wash!
