Buying sixth new hyundai from Northside World Car

Was purchasing a new 2019 Hyundai Elantra for my grandson, paying cash. This was our sixth new car I have purchased from Northside World Car Hyundai (3 in the last two years). Made deal with sales rep and were really satisfied with the deal. Individual representing himself as floor supervisor insinuated himself into the conversation, went into managers office, and returned with a price $1,600 more than agreed upon price. Grandson had heart set on the new car, so, after a bit of negotiation ended up paying $1,200 more than originally agreed upon price. After having bought five new hyundais there previously, you would think they wouldn't pull bait and switch tactics. Wrong. Floor supervisor was a jerk. If world car doesn't make this right, I will not buy another hyundai (even though I like the product). I took a different hyundai (Santa Fe Plus)in for the free oil change and tire rotation a week later. Oil change was made using standard oil rather than the oil recommended by manufacturer. They had the audacity to put on the receipt that I had requested standard oil rather than the oil recommended by the manufacturer. I signed to just get the xxxx out of there. They must have changed managers at this facility as they seem xxxx bent on beating the customer out of every penny they can.

I walked into this dealership knowing exactly how much I wanted to spend. The whole staff was amazing about working with me to the get the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Kaci was my salesperson and she was by far the kindest and easiest salesperson I?ve ever worked with! I traded in my car and also got top dollar for it. I would highly recommend them!

Scheduled Maintenance

I am still receiving free oil change and scheduled maintenance. I was told what would be done and about how long it would take which was about right. The place is clean and offers snacks/drinks while you wait.

Purchased pre-owned vehicle

We were greeted at the door and our sales person was very attentive to our needs. My husband has some medical needs and does not drive. We were very impressed our sales person delivered our car to our home! We couldn?t have hand picked a better sales person. Her name is Jakeshia and she is awesome. She was very kind and genuine.

One fine Truck

I could not have been happier with the way I was treated by the two sales personnel ( Enrique and David Martinez ), by the finance Business Manager ( Derick Trussell ), and the Parts Manager ( Herb Schweiger ). All excellent employees. My only complaint is with the make ready department. I have purchased at least 12 new vehicles over the years from different dealers, and this was the worst make ready department that I have ever encountered. I left the dealership in my new truck with muddy foot prints all over the bed, carpet that obviously had not been vacuumed, the front bumper license plate holder lying on the floor in a ripped open bag with screws missing, and generally a new truck that I had to spend the following day cleaning myself. Was very unhappy with the cleaning crew.
