New I purchased a Range Rover sport a little over a month ago and I’ve had issues from the beginning. The car was supposed to be delivered detailed all the scratches and rims were supposed to be fixed instead the car was delivered filthy scratched and with 3 of the 4 rims needing repair. They gave us a loaner which was fine even though it was a smaller less expensive model than we had purchased and finally fixed everything after a week and a half after multiple follow up emails. Fast forward to today my temporary registration is currently expired and they emailed me 2 days before the temporary expiration saying there were more forms to be signed and somehow we slipped through the cracks but they would pay the ticket if I get pulled over. Forms were filled out immediately and overnighted to them but they can’t be bothered to answer the phone or respond to emails updating me on the status. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and unreliable I’m now stuck with a car that I can’t drive because I’m not taking a chance on being pulled over with my children in the car and getting impounded. Wish I could give them zero stars.

We used to deal with Ken in the Glen Cove dealership and
We used to deal with Ken in the Glen Cove dealership and he moved to Florida. This was the second time we went into this dealership. Dominick who was very nice retired. Other than those two the sales people are the worst! They make it virtually impossible to want to stay there and talk to them. The last person Juan was nice enough but had no knowledge of the vehicles and just kept telling us they don't have any but proceeded to show us a car owned by someone. Anyway, we understand the issues all the dealerships are going through but when it changes people aren't going to want to go back to certain places because of previous experiences.

The worst people and service. They do not return my calls, sold me $5000 in warranty and NEVER returned my calls to address issues. Should give them "zero" stars. Benjamin Katz offers the poorest service!!!!! The only thing they were quick about was to take my $5000 for warranty program! SCAMMERS!!!
