They do everything possible to not fix your issue.
They do everything possible to not fix your issue. I had the backup camera recall...their fix didn't work. I had the class action lawsuit issue with the Infotainment system, they said it wasn't covered and would cost me $1500. I will never buy another Mazda and would discourage anyone else from doing so!

Mr. David and Anthony have been an immense help to me as I navigated the purchase of my brand new cx-50. It took me all of two months and repeated phone calls to bite the bullet but Mr. Anthony has been patient and supportive whether I purchased a vehicle or not. He kept me informed of all changes and rebates available. I would give him a raise if I could. Everyone at J.C. Lewis Mazda are amazing.

We had a very pleasurable experience at J.C. Lewis purchasing our new vehicle yesterday. Zabet was an outstanding sales person. She sent me a video first thing in the morning highlighting the features of the car while we got to view our preferred model. She was professional, personable and listened to our comments when touring a few different models and trim levels. We highly recommend her. Alex, the finance person was also very professional a personable. He was not a high pressure sales type and we thought his comments were honest as he worked to get us a good price on the extended warranty.
