Appreciate the great service

On December 27th I entered a review about a problem getting the dealer to fix my daughter's new car when the catalytic converter was stolen. As the dealer promised in their response to the review, they stepped up in a big way and found the part my daughter needed to get her CX-5 back on the road. We really appreciate John Kennedy Mazda going the extra mile to service her new car given that the shortage of catalytic converters is a nation-wide problem. This was not an easy problem to solve and the dealer put in the extra effort to remedy the problem. We appreciate the good service and would recommend this dealer.

Appreciate the great service

Buyer Beware

Bought a used "Ford certified" 2018 Escape from here a few months back. I signed off on the vehicle after they showed it to me in a pitch black lot at night. When i got it home a noticed some damage to the rear bumper. Took it to my local Ford dealership and they inspected it and said it has previous damage and i was screwed because i signed off on the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!! THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND WILL TRY TO GET YOU TO SIGN OFF ON A VEHICLE THAT THEY FALSIFIED INSPECTION REPORTS ON!! AVOID THESE FRAUDULENT CROOKS!!!

Terrible experience

Scheduled an appointment to test drive a car we saw online. They called us twice the day of the appointment to confirm that we were coming. One of these calls was 30 minutes before the appointment. We showed up at the appointed time and I went inside to let them know we were there and waiting outside due to COVID concerns. It was over 80 degrees out and we had 2 young children with us. 45 minutes later, someone came out and told us they couldn't find the keys to the car. At no time during the 45 minutes did anyone inform us what was going on. At one point we had to go inside and ask for some water. I can't believe they wouldn't have the keys ready well before the appointment time.

So easy

Not a big review guy but had to write one for this experience. Joe and Marty at the Conshy dealership are incredible. They get it...they make the experience as best as possible and they’re not fake about it. They put me in the right car for my situation with no pressure or dumb sales tactics. If you want to be treated like a normal person, check out the Kennedy dealerships. Best decision I’ve made in a car purchase. The owners should be proud.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service with plenty of attitude and excuses. Went there to change a flat tire and ended up having to do it myself in front of their service department with no help.

Bad experience

Good until you have a problem. I bought my first new car her last july a 2015 ford focus that was on the showroom floor and have had nothing but problems since that day. From the Bluetooth working half the time to the front passenger door misaligned and unable to close. But the biggest one is the transmission! I have been here for service over 10 times for the transmission and nothing has worked to resolve the stuttering, lerching, jerkiness and random stalling while driving. An "automatic" vehicle should not stall and turn off while driving. Nor should it keep going backwards after putting it in drive. No one here really seems to want to actually do something to help. The sales team solution is to buy a more expensive car for more money. Good idea for them at least. And the service team seems like there tired of seeing my car there and me complaining well i am too i bought a new car not to have problems. I can not recommend buying a car here based on this and since i got my car anytime i tried to get out of it they gave me a bad deal and i compared them to other local ford dealers and others are cheaper. My friends and family will never buy a ford now and one who did got rid of it after hearing my issues.

Don't go for service

I went for an oil change on my truck. They removed my tires and lost my hub caps and are refusing to replace them.

I have leased and purchased about 4 cars from this dealership. Highly recommended! Service is always a plus! I love the drop off and the excellent service to your door. The driver is always pleasant! Definately recommend!
