Oscar Nichols

I wish that all dealerships had a Salesman like Oscar Nichols the experience would be so much more enjoyable for the person buying or looking for a vehicle. He is such a caring person and has a very good repore with his customers he will do anything he can to help and make sure they are not forced into anything. He also goes above and beyond to help his customers with what they are looking for and answers all questions with complete honesty, I would recommend Oscar to any of my Friends and Family for a new Vehicle Purchase.

Always a good experience

In the past few years I have leased 3 vehicles and purchashed 2 . I always deal with Karen Yingling. It's always a pleasure dealing with Karen. Believe me, I used to compare shopping for a vehicle to getting a tooth pulled. I hated it. Dealing with Karen is like dealing with an old friend. once you tell her your needs and what you can afford its on. Her knowledge about the vehicles is impeccable and her financing skills are unmatched. If they don't have what you want in inventory she will find what your looking for down to the very last detail. 5 vehicles now and I have never had to question anything at all about the vehicle or the deal. Karen is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I strongly recommend you give her the opportunity to put you in your next purchase. you won't be disappointed. She is a very strong asset to MMG.

Garry Byerly...Mansfield Motor Group

I just recently leased a 2017 Honda Accord from Garry Byerly at MMG. I called Garry on a Tuesday and told him I what I wanted and the price range I was comfortable with. Within an hour Garry called me back with an acceptable deal. I told him I would be in Thursday to sign the paperwork, have it ready. I dropped my Civic off (also purchased at MMG) to be serviced, signed all the paperwork and drove off the lot all within an hour. I do not care for the process of buying vehicles, but I appreciate the fact that Garry made the process easy for me without wasting my time trying to pressure me into something I wasn't interested in.

First time Honda buyer

I lease my Honda a year ago, Gary was very polite and pleasant to work with. He explained everything,not pushy but worked at getting me a car that satisfied me. Just a few days ago I got the oil changed and tires rotated, the three gentlemen in the service department could not of been better, they explained what was being done,how long approximately showed me to the waiting area, which is very nice,except the coffee machine was not full.minor detail but needed. They had manners and made you feel important with a smile.

Nate Cory

Nate Cory was very helpful when I was selecting my Honda CRV. He explained all of the features to me. He helped me set up my Bluetooth, and explained how it works. He also worked very well in getting me financed. I would recommend your dealership to any of my friends and family. Nate Cory was very professional.

Buyer

I came in one day just to see what you had available. George was extremely helpful and kind. I returned that evening with my husband and ended up buying the vehicle. The only negative thing I would say is that it took a long time to finish up that night but you guys were very busy. It was the end of the month. I have had my vehicle for a few weeks now. The maintainence light came on after having it a week and my husband said it needs an alignment. When I called the dealership with my concerns I was told I could bring it in but I would have to pay for the work. I couldn't believe that the dealership wouldn't just take care of it since I just bought the vehicle. That was pretty upsetting. I guess I expected better.
