I recently purchased a new Defender from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My sales consultant, Johan Jimenez, did a fantastic job from start to finish. He made the price negotiation quick and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Since this was an out-of-state purchase, there was a lot of paperwork to manage even after the sale was complete. Johan stayed on top of everything and followed through until the very end. His communication was always clear and timely, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication—I’d highly recommend working with Johan if you’re considering buying here.

The service department and management at this location is trash cut corners and lie about work that is being done. Before transferring over to this new location there was trust and exceptional work being done now it appears as they’ll do anything to keep the light on. In so many words when I brought to attention that I was still having issues with my vehicle their mgr stated I should know that high performance vehicles brake system are trash and are suppose to squeal down the road as I break. They do not know what they are doing nor do they know what and how to manage the work being done. Go elsewhere don’t waste your time here. Manager says he manages the one in FLL so I would also avoid that one as well.

The dealer website, Cars.com, & other apps show SVR available. Texted for 2 days and available. Finally able to connect by call and one story short, there is not an SVR for sale. I was offered a v6 for an inaccurate price. Friendly person but incompetent at knowing the a jaguar product and availability of their inventory.

As we have said in previous reviews, I am only authorized to return to this one because of Mr. LUIS CHIEA, who truly represents the company. I have a Land Rover near my house (Coral Gables), but since I met the manager LUIS CHIEA, nothing has stopped me from traveling to the north of Miami. Now the company has hired PAULO SANTOS, who speaks Portuguese as well as LUIS CHIEA. THIS SALESMAN WILL CERTAINLY BE A SALES CHAMPION... HE HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER. LAND ROVER NORTH IS TO BE CONGRATULATED FOR ITS EMPLOYEES, THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MAKE THE COMPANY PROSPER.

I do not recommend purchasing any car from Land Rover
I do not recommend purchasing any car from Land Rover Dealership at North Dade - especially if you are an out of state buyer. It's been 70 days since I purchased expensive Range Rover from this dealer and they have not applied for car registration yet (after collecting $15k as applicable taxes/fees). I live in California and the temporary Florida tag expired 3 weeks ago. Every time I call, they apologize and say temporary tag will be sent out but I have not received so far. I paid $155k in total and the car is sitting in my driveway for weeks now. Looks like I have to pursue legal action to get my car documents.

Service department is unethical.
Service department is unethical. Needed to replace a running board on my 2018 Range Rover Sport. The service tech reported back that the cost to do so would be $10,000 because the running boards had to be purchased as a set. He said the labor was minimal, but that the majority of the cost associated with this repair was the parts from Land Rover. Did research and found the deployable running board package (from Land Rover) was $928.00 (including tax and shipping). I purchased this vehicle for nearly $100k and would have expected better customer service. Now I have to spend my time doing this myself because they're clearly looking to rip people off. I wouldn't waste your time with this dealership. That includes purchasing a vehicle from them.
