Great Product. Best Price. Awesome Service!

Great experience with Keith and him team. They went out of their way to put me in the truck that I wanted....and I am picky. Keith worked on days off and delivered the truck to my house! They really made it a walk in the park!

Just visted website looking at inventory

I checked their website and looked at new vehicle inventory but did not find what I was interested in. I eventually bought a new vehicle from another dealer

A wonderful experience

My salesperson did a great job. It was nearing closing time and she took extra time to make us happy. I know that she is like anyone after a days work, we all want to go home to our family. Tammy didn't rush us or force a time issue on my wife and I. I can only say thanks to Tammy! This has been a second purchase for me from WB dealership. Thanks to all!

Poor customer service

I turned my 07 Kia in for a 9am appointment on the 23rd of October and picked it up on the 26th of October. I called on the 23 to see what time my car would be finished and was told it would be done that day, unfortunately they never returned any of my calls and I was always put on hold or told Teresa would call me back, never happened. Went the whole weekend with my car at the shop, called back that Monday morning and was told I had an exhaust pipe leak and the starting quote was over $600. I took my car somewhere else for alot cheaper. Also,the work they did to replace my airbag sensor costed me over $600 but with military discount it was $575. I will never take my car here again and have told my family and friends!!

Excellent Over-the-Phone Sales Experience

Internet Sales Mgr Sean Lounsbery was a pleasure to deal with. He worked hard in finding a specific Grand Cherokee for me. Living in Orlando, Florida, he treated me as if I had walked into the dealership, there in Williamsburg, VA. Everything, from negotiating to, to locating, and arranging flat-bed delivery was handled professionally, sincerely and efficiently. Unfortunately for him, I found the exact vehicle in my area, thanks to a customer who backed-out on their order. Sean was gracious and genuine in congratulating me. He told me how much he liked working with me, and said, "You're gonna love your Jeep." That's class. I will be recommending anyone looking for a Chrysler product to give Sean a chance... no matter where they live. This is truly an "old school" dealership that makes you feel as though everything was done on a gentleman's handshake.

Proffesional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest.

I met Mike while looking at the 200's on the lot. I explain that I was on my way to Newport News to purchase a 200 & something turned me around to find out more details at the Dealer in Williamsburg. I explain in detail what I desired. He told me to hold on he had what I wanted. He walked in the building and came back driving a 200. He said let me explain. He first said this is a Silver 2013. He went into detail including certification. Then he asked me what I wanted to do. I gave him all my personal information and he told me it would take about 45 minutes. I now own a Silver 2013 Chrysler 200. I am pleased.

Satisfied Customer

Teresa got my vehicle in for an oil change at a moment's notice. Very friendly and helpful. Even managed to get me a discount! Champ performed the oil change, and took time to advice me about a couple of issues with the car. Very satisfied with the service, and will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Williamsburg Chrysler Jeep Kia!
