BEST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN GET! Upon arriving, being greeted by the porter and greeted by the advisor is great. I have been going to Jason for many years and he’s such an amazing person. He’s super understanding, tries to help you the best he could, takes his time to make sure you understand the process of everything. He goes above and beyond! I recommend everyone I know to take their car to get services at Lexus of Pleasanton and refer them to Jason because HE’S AMAZING! The dealership looks amazing and the lounge area for people who are waiting is beautiful as well. I would not go anywhere else with my car.

Excellent welcome treatment by the Service Dept. Staffs were all cheerful, polite and respectful. My shout out and kudos to Cody Wilson, my service advisor. For all the years that I have been going to this Dealership Service Dept., this is my very first time that I felt treated with honesty and integrity. Cody was very upfront and honest with what is needed and what should be done as far as maintenance for our old car. He didn?t push for any extra nor unnecessary work up. He made us feel comfortable and really made us feeling safe and satisfied. All through the years of having our car serviced at this location, we have always felt like we were being duped into getting extra unnecessary repairs. I have always had to pay over a thousand dollars for every maintenance. I just don?t questioned anything hoping that it?s for the good care of my car. So for now, Cody Wilson is the very first person that I know that have a good and honest heart to help us and treat us with kindness and compassion. I really appreciate him and hopefully he will stay with you for a while. He is a keeper!

I always look forward to taking my car in for service as Jason Portillo is to helpful, kind and patient as he listens to my few concerns and makes sure everything is taken care of before I leave. The service dept is outstanding and I wouldn't go anywhere except Lexus of Pleasanton. And of course, while there, I always stop by to say hello to Steve Cacela who two years ago sold me my 4th Lexus over a 20 year period.

I had a great experience trading my car in for a used Lexus here. Mandeep was patient and answered all of my questions in advance of me coming in to see the car, as I didn't want to waste either of our time if it wasn't going to be the right car for me. Whatever he didn't know, he went and found out for me. When I did come in, my experience with him and Syed, the finance guy, were also great. I was there for a total of 4 hours, which isn't ideal, but not bad at all for a car buying experience. Mandeep was attentive and made sure we were comfortable, and paid attention to the little details as well. The dealership is very nice and clean and I would highly recommend Lexus of Pleasanton.
