I was having problems with the lift gate on the trunk not
I was having problems with the lift gate on the trunk not closing properly on my NX 300h. Jason Portillo, my service advisor, arranged for pickup of my car, as I had just had elbow surgery. He went above and beyond arranging for the driver to come and bringing the car back. Haley, the technician, was able to pinpoint problem, and fix it. I am very grateful for Pleasanton Lexus.

We came in to just look at a Lexus ct 200. Charles spent a lot of time and dedication to make sure we got what we needed. He went above and beyond and made it possible for us to purchase a car that was an even better fit then we originally planned.
