Amazing service.

Amazing service. I worked with Gavin and Puru on a used car and were very courteous, patient, and accommodating. Very honest people with good work ethic, I would highly recommend people to stop by and check out this dealership. The experience was amazing from end to end!

I came in looking for a car for college. At Lexus of Pleasanton, I met Joe Minster and Micheal Diep who were amazing! I was having problems with the lift gate on the trunk not

I was having problems with the lift gate on the trunk not closing properly on my NX 300h. Jason Portillo, my service advisor, arranged for pickup of my car, as I had just had elbow surgery. He went above and beyond arranging for the driver to come and bringing the car back. Haley, the technician, was able to pinpoint problem, and fix it. I am very grateful for Pleasanton Lexus.

We came in to just look at a Lexus ct 200.

We came in to just look at a Lexus ct 200. Charles spent a lot of time and dedication to make sure we got what we needed. He went above and beyond and made it possible for us to purchase a car that was an even better fit then we originally planned. I will definitely be returning to Lexus Pleasanton and asking for him for my next car purchase. I will also be recommending him to my friends and family.

Nick provides a superb customer service! He totally exceeded my expectation when k brought mg car in which had multiple issues. He gave me a loaner car, explained the process, the pricing and timelines. Everything was on point and very clear!
