Went there for the 5k maintenance and was greeted immediately and checked in. Loved the video feedback and I was able to get the car back earlier than anticipated AND the car wash was unexpected but an awesome perk! Thanks Ira Mazda!

I purchased my first new car with Ira Mazda and the experience was a 10/10. Doug was welcoming and friendly, making the entire process enjoyable! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest, transparent, and comfortable car buying experience! The process of picking up the vehicle was also a 10/10. I received a full walkthrough of the cars technology, how to use all the features, and the Mazda App with Alex. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone!

IRA is equipped with high tech services that help me keep track of what maintenance needs to be done NATHANIEL LOPEZ my service Advisor. He is wonderful and makes me feel he really cares. He offers suggestions which helps me to ensure my Maza CX5 is in good shape. The dealership is amazing and cannot do enough to please. IRA is around 1 mile from my house and I can get a ride home until my car is ready. I love the live video that shows what is happening with my car. 5 stars out of 5 star rating. Meaning excellent. Thank you for asking my opinion.

Repeat customer. Excellent experience, actually better than I expected. Quickly received a fair price for my Honda CRV trade and a new CX-5 Turbo Signature. Russell, Levi, Seng, and Alex made everything a friendly, professional, low-pressure process. Paid cash, so no financing comments, but the business office process with Paul was quick and painless as well. I hope to return later in the Spring for a new MX-5 Club with the Brembo/Recaro/BBS package!
