I took my new Mitsubishi in to Bill Alexander Flightline Mitsubishi for my first service. I was so impressed with the way I was treated and the speed with which the car was serviced. They are so on top of things that I received an unexpected email to remind me of the upcoming service. They got the car in for service very quickly. It wasn't long before a service rep came in to tell me my car was done. I was very appreciative of the expedited service. To my surprise when I went to get in my car I noticed they had also washed it. In all my years of service dealings I've never had such service especially for a simple oil change and lube. My hat off to Blake and all his service reps and technicians. This is the place to go. Thanks again.

Marco and the rest the staff were great!! I had to wait until the vehicle was delivered and he provided me with fluid communication. The service staff is also great, Frank Campos is always very thorough and helpful!

The Best Customer Experience Ever!!!
Robert Enriquez was amazing! I would recommend him over and over again! I drove all the way from San Diego (where there were other Mitsubishi dealerships) just because of his service that he provided to me straight from the beginning. He continued his excellent customer service throughout the entire process! I am thankful that I found him; he definitely made my buying experience a joy! Great small dealership.
The young sales rep. from this small dealer was a bright, intelligent, and a well groomed young man. Although he's relatively new in sales, he was well ahead of his piers in regards to ensuring a smooth experience. His can-do attitude reflected great credit upon him and the organization. If he were working for me I would train him to be a manager. A very sharp, honest and well mannered person. Most important, he has solid corps values and moral ethics. Promote, promote, promote!

While browsing online at FlightlineMazda.com, I found the car I had been searching for. I sent an email and someone responded within a few minutes. It was a fantastic experience working with Anthony during my recent car buying experience. He asked me a lot of questions to ensure he was providing me with the right choice of vehicle for my needs. Anthony was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the manner in which I was treated. This is the way car buying SHOULD be. No pressure, no haggling back and forth, no uncertainty of if I was making the right decision or not. I simply told him what my needs and specific budget was, and he delivered. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've had, and Anthony is to thank for it. I commend him on his approach, professionalism, and his concern to help his customers make the choice that is right for THEM. I truly hope Anthony gets the recognition he deserves. I will definitely be back, and will highly recommend Anthony and this dealership to my friends and family.

Never got a call
Was looking to buy a car found one and emailed the dealer and well never heard back from them oh well there loss I even was willing to drive the 3 hours to look and try to buy the car but they never even called so found a call local

Great Selection of New and Used vehicles
Went to Flightline Mazda with the intention of just looking around and ended buying a certified Mazda 3. Its a great vehicle that gets excellent gas mileage. The certified warranty came free with it and gave me a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty.The staff was not pushy and never made me feel like other dealerships do. Great recommendation for anyone looking for any kind of vehicle. Isai Espinoza did a great job of finding me the right vehicle and getting the car to be affordable.

I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!
I just bought a 2013 Mazda CX-5 and absolutely LOVE it!! I used to drive a Toyota Highlander and thought that I'd never find another suv that drives quite like it. Very professional staff
I love my Mazda!! Thanks guys!!! The staff at Flightline Mazda was very courteous and helped put my daughter on the right car. She's never bought a vehicle before so I was a little scared at the experience she might have. Everyone from the salesperson (Anthony) to the Finance Manager (Sam) was very respectful and didn't give us that slimeball feel that a lot of dealers do.
