Alex Tamer has been a great customer service person since I bought my Mitsubishi Outlander last year. I always have to pass by the dealership when I get my car serviced at the auto repair shop to greet him and thank him for both getting me my SUV and reminding me of my service dues. The short version is a year ago I stopped by to look at the Outlander. I was trying to decide what suv to purchase. Jasmine took care of me so well even knowing that I was just there to look but not purchase at that moment. In my experiance sales people give the cold shoulder if they even sense you are not going to buy. She was attentive, very knowlegable and a great listener. I took her information and a year later I called her to get my suv. She not only remembered me but remembered all the details of what I wanted. She then got to work and found it. Not only did she take care of me, I referred 3 other people from which 2 purchased becauae of her. The 3rd could not due to her suv being backwards at a high amount. Jasmine is the reason I am now a loyal client and will continue to refer people. All sales associates should be like her. She is amazing! Thank you Jasmine!
