It was a very pleasant experience.

It was a very pleasant experience. The oil change was complementary bc the car is new and it was the first. They also washed the car for free. They have a nice waiting area with coffee & snacks. They go above and beyond. So nice to still find great customer service. Wish all our cars were Mitsubishi

Overall was a good experience.

Overall was a good experience. I wish I would have received a discount on the price. It took about 3 hours. They did get me a good interest rate since my son was a co-signer with no credit.

Never loaner avaialable eleven before I scheduled my appoiment there is no loaner available they told me it is going to take 2 hours it took 5 hours had to take Uber they could not loan me a vehicle for 5 hours I bought a lot of new cars BMW Mercedes Lexus never had an issue even with used cars always had a loaner because vehicle is under warranty it is weird because less than 6 months old I had to get warranty work done but it happens but no loaner is weird even places like Hyundai when they don’t have a loaner available they offer you free rental vehicle but not here I learned my lesson never a Mitsubishi again !!!! I had to use my money while vehicle is getting repaired under factory warranty !
