Good, professional service
The staff was good at explaing delays in repairs when they occurred, and worked with me to get the car back when the insurance company was slow in replying to an addtional estimate.

Vehicle Purchase
The vehicle purchase was quick and easy. I was relieved that there was no pressure when asked if I wanted the extra insurance coverages offered. All I had to say was that I didn't want it. End of subject. PS...I really enjoy driving my Xterra!

Excellent service and final costs within estimates
Right on with what needed to be done and within a few dollars as to what it would cost. Also very helpful with charging to my Ford credit card and getting rebates that I am entitled to receive. I have been dealing with Chuck Colvin Ford long before I purchased the 99 Explorer. We are on a first name basis with many employees.
