Krenzen was there for me when i got a flat tire on my way traveling to the garage for a oil change. I was very late because I was stalled waiting for a auto service truck to change my flat tire and they still fit me in for not only my oil change but also fixed my flat tire and replaced the good tire back on. And, they were very friendly about it. You guys are the best! Thank you krenzen very much!

Service department was ready for me at my scheduled time. They made some technology changes for me at my request because I was not sure how to do that. My oil was changed and I was on my way in little time.

I did not buy my car from Krenzen, as we moved here from Washington state. Krenzen treats me like one of the family and is always there to answer my questions.

Everyone is always wonderful to deal with except I always have issues with the service manager coming off arrogant and condicending. However, everyone else always makes up for his lack of professionalism.
