Great Service

Great customer service, love having the video of what was looked at and done on my car and I’ve never had a problem with my previous Kia Soul being serviced at this location so I expect the same for my new car. I drive from Santa Cruz to Salinas to get service here.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

There was no pressure during the sale. My satisfaction was obviously top priority to the entire staff involved. The car was beautifully prepared and its features, like Bluetooth, were set up for me and clearly explained.

Excellent service department and Dealership

Everything, all personnel and service done to my car. The video that I received of the condition of my vehicle clearly indicated the current condition and if any work needed to be done. Very impressive. Thank you!

Great service

Took my 2011 Sentra in for check engine light and service. The repairs were going to be very expensive. They were so helpful in assuring me they could keep me going till I ordered, a 2 months wait, a Chevy Colorado. But they just put a 2022 Nissan frontier out. Sale's rep Mike Levine helped me buy it. Finance was wonderful too. Everyone their is very personable. I left happy, safe, and stress-free after my old car gave it all. I love the service department. This is my 3rd car I purchase here. I also brought a used Sentra from my sister that she purchased here. All have been great cars.

An Awesome Team at this Place!

We used the servicing department through the after hours slot due to our schedules and the experience was great! The service rep Leo communicated with me at every step to make sure we were kept up to date, they did a fantastic job with our vehicle. Everyone was really polite and professional, we'll definitely be back for our future servicing needs. I know our Kia with last us a long time, but we'll think of this dealership first for our future needs once our Kia Soul reaches his end. Thanks for everything everyone! You're an awesome team!
