Getting an oil change turned into quite an event. After purchasing the car January 31st 2025, service said the car failed on its LH Valve Cover Gasket, needs 2 new tires, key faub needs a new battery, and brakes needed replacing and rotors need to be turned. The car has only been driven 3000 miles since the purchase, so this was quite surprising and also a disappointment in the dealership's standards. Richard, in service quoted $451, and service to repair gasket issue was agreed. Later, the car could not be picked up because the wrong part was ordered. Today, a text was sent stating the total bill would be $891. No approval for the additional cost was given. When picking up the car and to dispute the additional cost, Richard had gone home sick. The young boys who also worked in service attempted to get a hold of him, but he did not answer a call or a text. I asked to speak to the service manager, but it was past 5, so we were told he goes home at 5. The car is still at the dealership and hopefully this has been a misunderstanding and they will accept their mistake. No wonder people have difficulty trusting car dealerships. Why would Nissan sell a car with obvious problems?

Nightmare in training
Total crooks. Tried to impose a 20 percent interest rate on my daughter because “she was a first time buyer” She had a 640 credit score no derogatory credit and a current student loan 24,000 the amount she wanted financed would Have cost 18,000 in interest over 72 months All I can say is that you have been warned!!!

These guys are dishonest don’t trust anything these guys tell you. Tried buying a truck and the 4x4 light would blink when turned to 4x4 which means it does not engage but they were trying to tell me that it is engaged when flashing which is obviously not true.

Dishonest 30 years ago and dishonest today
If I could write a review and leave no stars I would. This company was dishonest 30 years ago when we bought our first car. Tried them again and they are dishonest today. We waited 40 minutes to have a simple question answered. Ryan the finance guy is extremely rude and condescending. When we declined the extended warranty, he was belligerent. They added fees at the end and got very defensive when we questioned them. They assume the buyer is unintelligent and does not know they are inflating the price. The vehicle came with a forced purchase of "glass etching" for $500.00 which is a simple sticker identifying the vehicle in case of theft. We purchased several other vehicles for our business in the past year and none of them have had this fee. Will never buy from them again.

Better Experience buying a van
I recently bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan Gt and the whole experience was very smooth from start to finish. Keaton Townsend, Shaydon Gates, and Ryan ( The finance guy) did a great job in helping us make this purchase. We did have a few minor problems and they were quick to resolve them.

We purchased a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan Gt recently at Stephen Wade Nissan and had a very positive experience. They were quick to show us what we actually wanted to purchase. We were amazed how smooth everything went from start to finish. Ryan in finance helped get what fit our needs and didn't try to sell us on something we cannot afford. Keaton Townsend and Shaydon Gates really helped us with getting the van we wanted. They went out of their way to help before and after the sale. We had some minor issues with the van that they had the service department fix promptly.
