Sales people are nice but for me they sold two vehicles

Sales people are nice but for me they sold two vehicles out from under me while I was getting approval very disappointed in that it seems like the sales floor is cut throat just my thoughts and experience i will never buy from them

I was driving a Ford Focus sedan for years, but as my family grew, it quickly became apparent that it was time to finally get a reliable family car. I had the pleasure of working with Teriana, who specializes in finding family vehicles! She worked hard to not only find me a great truck, but ensured I was introduced to their service team, and got to know the full benefits of Wendle as a Full Service Dealership!! Everyone I got to interact with was eager to help, friendly, and genuinely excited to be there. That’s certainly not the case at every dealership I’ve worked with before, so I know where I’ll be going for ALL of my future vehicle needs - thanks a bunch Teri, The Spokane Car Mom, my F150 Lightning is incredible!

Worst buying experience every from financing through the

Worst buying experience every from financing through the whole process I feel that this was the worst experience purchasing, everyone was very rude disrespectful, arrogant, self-centered employees and didn’t care about the customer experience, I left message text Igor and never received any return message I hear on the tv commercials, so I figured to stop by. After all this by the way I was treated I will never be going to this Wendel or and other Wendel for anything not even service. Again, this was the worst experience I have ever had even by the sales manager with his sarcastic aptitude on his message. believe me I took off everything off the car that represent the Wendle logo. If this doesn’t get attention towards the employees at Nissan and ford. While purchasing my Nissan rouge from Wendel Nissen. I was to sale my Subaru to CarMax, car max decided not to pay off my Subaru, I went back to speak with Igor and explained what had happen he suggested to talk with sales manager and finance manager. I was taking with don in financing explained the situation and he said there isn’t anything they can due for me and lead finance manager, who was very rude, tried to explain and asked if I can return the car I just purchased the night before on 8/18/24 he said no that I am stuck with the car and that’s all, when I asked for suggestions he said that my problem that they are not in the business in taking back cars and this is my problem and kept packing his stuff and walked away . I called asked for sales manager any key reached voice mail. On returned call he left message and was very rude said same thing you bought it yours period. I have been asking for general manager no luck

broken part

I took my fusion to Wendle for an oil change, as I have for 6 years since I purchased it there. They asked if I wanted them to change the battery in the key fob and I said to go ahead. After I picked up my car, before I got home, the key fob fell apart. I found out it was broken. I returned to them to fix it and they refused. They really didn't care about the effect on their vehicle service reputation and didn't care about the effects on their customer service rating. They just didn't care.

We replaced the battery in your key fob three months ago. We are sorry that you are having complications now, but since we did not hear from you right away, too much time has passed to repair the key fob as you requested.

Don't buy here!

Even though they try to make it appear otherwise, this dealership is a classic example of "do or say anything to get the sale, then move on to the next victim". I was ignored and discarded after the sale even though they had promised to supply some accessories as part of the contract. I finally bought the parts myself. I wish I had ordered a truck from my local dealer rather than buy from Wendle.

2007 Ford edge sel

Bought this car. They were great,friendly,and got me financed. Very happy and satisfied customer. The car is beautiful clean inside and out. Would recommend wendle to anyone.

Worst service possible.

Absolute horrible service on the phone just now when I spoke with a lady in the service department. I simply called to find out when I could get my vehicle in for a recall for the rear toe Absolute horrible service on the phone just now when I spoke with a lady in the service department. I simply called to find out when I could get my vehicle in for a recall for the rear suspension Tow link and I asked her how long they would need my vehicle for Pete told me that they would need the vehicle for a minimum of five hours. And that it was up to me to find alternate means of transportation out of the dealership and back to the dealership. Not to mention when I had requested to A loaner car she then informed me that loaner cars are not available or authorized for this type of a repair. This is completely unacceptable in my opinion as somebody who worked in the auto industry for a very long time making my way up from a lot Porter to sales, internet sales, Sales Manager, finance manager, and then General manager. if a dealership wishes to maintain a customer base especially in the department that is typically paying the overhead and stores salary staffs wages they really should consider making sure customers feel welcomed and are taken care of.

Found a truck online at a fair price and talked to Justin. Drove to Spokane the same day and drove home with the truck. Justin was great to work with and probably put in a long day to help us get the truck.
