Communication was poor. Offers was being made and not given without communicating that. Financing rep was nice to us until we declined other offers she was offering to us. Her attitude changed towards us.

The customer service—from being greeted upon arrival to leaving upon completion —is excellent. Good customer service is almost a lost art these days so it stands out all the more. From snacks, drinks & charging stations, to quick service and kind agent explanations of services performed, five star. Worth my drive from Monterey to Gilroy.
