Berto Arroyo has dealt with my family on several occasions. He sold my brother two cars, my mother one, and now has sold me my first. I was up at school, two and half hours away, freaking out because I sold my previous car significantly faster than I had anticipated, but my nerves were calmed with a simple call to Berto. He was in constant communication with my mother or myself, keeping us informed on the status of cars and told us when he would be open to have me test drive a couple, which was basically when we were available. I was immensely interested in a specific car, which I told him about, so he went and got the car from another lot and kept it for me until I was able to look at it. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. He was just as excited for me and I was for myself and I know that I will never buy a car from anyone other than him.

I do not like going car shopping, especially for used cars. I have to say though, that my recent experience with Prime Toyota was a very good experience and went much better than I had hoped. There was a small glitch dealing with the finance person, but the sales person was great. The sales manager called back to see how the sale went and I mentioned a few things and he scheduled me right away to take care of those things. Even gave me a car for the day to use when it was being fixed. The car didn't have a manual, but again, the sales people pulled through and there is one available that I will pick up. Thank you Prime for a great experience. So far, loving the car. Will definitely come to you again for my business.

Buying a car is very stressful, especially when the one you have been driving suddenly dies and you haven't anticipated car shopping. However, Berto Arroyo made the process much easier than I expected not once but twice. First my son needed a car; his first purchase. Berto found him a comfortable and affordable car at an affordable price. Then a few months later, I too, needed a new car. Berto was more than patient with me as I sorted through my options and answered all my questions. I went into Prime believing I would purchase a used car and instead left in a 2015 Toyota Corolla, which I absolutely love!! I will be recommending, Berto and the team at Prime Toyota to all my friends.
