Ira Toyota Saco

We had, overall an excellent experiance with Prime in Saco. They moved a vehicle from another location for us so that we could test drive which we actually bought. Rick Gerrish, our sales associate was a great guy and I would certainly do business with him again. The buying process itself was a little frustrating however, the process was quick and painless up to agreeing upon a price, after that however things slowed down. Despite our excellent credit it still took hours of waiting until we could actually sit with the Finance department to sign the papers. On that particular day only one finance specialist was in. As for repairs, good on toyota as we haven't had to deal with any yet. Overall, Prime seems to be a great dealer, and I would certainly do business with them again, and would recommend my friends to go there as well. They have a very nice play area for children which is a big bonus if one has kids!

I had a great experience buying from Prime Toyota and Paul Cook very professional and a great dealer and salesperson. I called from a radio ad I had heard and went online and called on a Toyota Tundra great Price and a very clean vehicle. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Recently bought a Toyota RAV . It was the salesman, Rich Gerrish, that sold me on the place. He was helpful, followed up and got me all the answers I needed to make my decision. Without him ,I may have bought elsewhere.

I stopped in to check out pricing on a new Camry and Rick Gerrish was more than helpful. He got me some baseline numbers without any hassle, which other dealerships were not very forthcoming with. Once we decided to go ahead with the deal, Rick was excellent about keeping us informed throughout the process, educating us about the car's features and following up to make sure we were enjoying our new car. I would go back to Prime again.

Rick was very helpful and professional when my husband and I were shopping for our new Corolla. He had everything ready for us and stayed well beyond closing time to accommodate our schedule. We are very pleased with our purchase and would certainly purchase another car from Rick at Prime.

Recently had to purchase a new car and began searching online. Found the Prime Toyoya web site very helpful and found the vehicle that I wanted. When I went to the dealership was met by Ricky Gerrish who was very knowledgable and assisted me through the entire buying process. The next time I need a car will be going back to see Ricky.

When I went to Prime Toyota, it was my first time. I was very impressed with the salesman Rich Gerrish. Very professional and I did not feel like I was under any pressure to buy a car. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I will deffinatley go back to Prime Motors for my next car purchase.

I am writing in regards to my buying experience @ Prime Toyota. I felt it was a good experience overall, but the salesman, Rick Gerrish made it excellent. He was kind, considerate, helpful, and went the extra mile to help me get the vehicle I wanted. He worked tirelessly to meet all my needs as a consumer. I think the Prime Toyota family is lucky to have him, but not as lucky as his customers.
