I went in for my 10,000 service and oil change.

I went in for my 10,000 service and oil change. I was told it wouldn?t be longer than an hour and a half. My appointment was at 230 and I didn?t get my truck back until 5. Very displeased about the time frame it took.

I was so happy with everything that went on from beginning to end my Handler went well beyond my expectations , was treated respectfully and was given tire rotation at no cost

The service was good overall, but I left and one of the keys they were supposed to fix, was not fixed. I wish they would have tested it before I left. I got home and the key still did not work.

Brought in my 4Runner for oil and filter service and 4WD

Brought in my 4Runner for oil and filter service and 4WD drive train fluids changed. Work was done quickly with no issues. I have been a customer there for 30 years with 7 new vehicles purchased. Sometimes I have a bad experience but most times they do a good job. If your not satisfied, they will make it right.
