Was on a road trip from Boston when a half dozen warning

Was on a road trip from Boston when a half dozen warning lights flashed on in my highlander. Ira Toyota Saco took us right in to diagnose the problem within an hour. Great service.

I was very pleased with the attention I got from the nice

I was very pleased with the attention I got from the nice woman in the service department. I had been told that to run a diagnostic on my aftermarket backup camera would be complimentary, but was told that a backup camera was more involved and there would be a charge. When she came to get me she said there was no charge and sent me to the business who does backup cameras for them. I left with a positive feeling!

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish.

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. I was greet immediately as I drove into the service garage. The service writer knew why I was there and added some other service that I had requested. I was asked to wait in the comfortable waiting area and offered hot coffee. After a reasonable amount of time, I was made aware of problems I needed to correct and I set up another appointment for the following week, as the items I chose were not readily available. I wish to thank the great people in the service department.
