Megan, Emma have been actively following through with me when I inquired during the holidays. They kept their promise to contact me by 9am the next working day. Quickly gave me confirmation about availability of the car I inquired about. Then later seamlessly made my 7pm appointment later that day. When I arrived, Jakub was the first to respond and again seamlessly located the car, had us test drive it. And made all the paperwork process as convenient as possible. This group had awesome teamwork from start to finish. Glad we got our car here!! 💗

The finance manager is the only positive of this buying
The finance manager is the only positive of this buying experience. First time a salesman has stood up and told me I could walk out if I didn?t like the deal. How do these places stay in business, they all tell you they are not making a dime from the sale. I would give it a 5 star rating if it was not for the sales games .

They continuously found issues with my trade in. Hid fees and were ?unable? to tell me how much the loan would be. Snakes in the grass. All of them.

Really happy with my experience.
Really happy with my experience. I came fro. Out of town and had to reach out several times before even heading over to Oxmoor. Once I did get there the salesman was awesome, not pushy and knowledgeable on the vehicles I was looking at. Once I decided they got me in and out in a timely manner.
