Christie was wonderful! She had our wish list for our highlander and found it! Best shopping experience for a vehicle! No pressure when shopping. We were able to test drive different suvs until we found the right one for our family. They even let us test drive with our one year old to make sure the car seat fit and there was plenty of room.

Buying process was easy, fair value for my trades, best price of any local dealers i could find on a Tacoma. Mike was easy to work with.

By far the most respectful group of people, they treat you very well, I came in to look at a rav4 and test drive one as well, I ended up doing the take home test drive to make sure the car met my standards. The car handles amazing I love it! Our sales lady was amazing she made the process very easy and she new exactly what I was looking for to make sure I had the right car that fit me! The sales manager was also amazing they all went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one! Thank you to everyone there for this amazing experience I love our new family car!!!

We were in the market for a 2017 Prius and we found one at Performance Toyota that was perfect. I just got my RAV4-XSE Hybrid at Performance Toyota and I must say I loved the whole experience. I just moved to Reading area and having spent a long time in NYC I had the temptation of going to a more familiar dealership in NY, however people at Performance Toyota totally turned it around for me. I initially went there to just take a look and met Zach. Though it was an unscheduled visit but he totally made me feel welcomed, did a test ride with me, explained to me the different trims and packages. Once I made up my mind, I met with Michael Owens at the dealership. I must say Michael was as friendly, easy going, and compassionate a human can be. He inquired my preferences, the trim, color, installations etc. and discussed the lease terms with me. The one thing that I hate is having to bargain however our discussion didn’t even reach to that point where I had to do that. Michael told me the estimated monthly payments and I told him how much I can afford and in literally 5-10 minutes we were done deciding the terms. I wanted XSE in white color which wasn’t there at the dealership and Michael tried his best to locate one for me. Though it took slightly longer than what I would have expected (roughly 6 days) but during that time I didn’t feel pushed, manipulated, or forced to buy something that I wouldn’t have wanted. I met yet “another Michael” at the dealership (Michael Grofty), what a nice person he is. He told me about all the RAV4s he had in new inventory and I chose Blueprint one in the end (wish I had seen it before but it just arrived the day before). The atmosphere at the dealership was very calm, friendly, and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend doing business at Performance Toyota as I found everyone very friendly, considerate, and very professional.
