Out of town ghosted Had a team Toyota agreement in

Out of town ghosted Had a team Toyota agreement in email and just needed verification. When the dealership called me I asked a question about the color. Was told I would get the numbers (I already had them in the email) and was also told if someone walked in they would prioritize them. Which they did and sold it while I waited all day to hear back. If you are local - go for it - if you are out of town - they will not help you.

Terrible experience!!!

This place is absolutely horrible!!!!! I took my truck in because the blower was not working. They called and said it was fixed. I went to pick it up and a panel/part was laying on passenger side floor. Turned on blower and it sounded like a helicopter taking off. I asked them to fix it. They called and said was fixed. I went back and blower ran okay but did not blow heat and the engine was making a loud clicking. I said it was not fixed. They called again and said it would be another 1k to fix heat. Already spent way to much. Took it somewhere else and had it fixed for 250. Do not go here!!!

Honest dealings

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Team since 2019. They worked with me to get me close to the deal I wanted especially on the 2021 I purchased a few months ago. What amazed me the most is both the 2019 and 2021 vehicle I purchased there was a miscalculation with both. The 2019 Ford had misstated the payoff amount in my lease. The 2021 the taxes had been miscalculated. Both times, Team caught this mistake and sent me a check to pay me for the mistake. That is an honest dealership. They could have kept that money and I would have never known that a mistake had been made. Because of that, I will definitely be a return customer and will send my family and friends to TEAM to purchase a vehicle.

Selling Commercial Use Vehicles!

Overall selling a 2013 Toyota Matrix as a two owner vehicle is far from being honest! The truth is this was a commercial use vehicle. It had likely many drivers and clearly evident infrequent service. There is simply no ethics behind this dealer and a commercial use vehicle has far less value! Buyer beware!

Maintenance

I do not like how you have to make an appointment now. It was much more convenient to be able to bring in the car in when I wanted. I could bring my car in early on a Saturday morning and have the maintainance completed. Now I have to call in, way in advance, to get an appointment on a Saturday morning.
