Not only is this dealership the best because of their customer service, or free Starbucks, etc; but they have the best set of sales people around! I’ve bought my last 2 cars here.

Nikhil and Motor Werks Porsche, Barrington were fantastic in guiding me through the purchase of a Panamera GTS for my wife. My wife wanted a specific car and color so we had only 3 in the nation to chose from. Also, I live over 1,000 miles away from Chicago, but the transaction was smooth and easy, as if I had walked into the dealership. Nikhil sent pictures and a video of the car along with spec sheet and carfax. He made the buying decision extremely easy. Once we locked in the price over the phone and I supplied necessary paperwork, I hopped on a flight to Chicago. They arranged for limo pickup and got me to their dealership with no hassle. At the dealership, both Nikhil and the finance manager where ready with all the paperwork. All I had to do was sip on a coffee from the in-house Starbucks while the car went through a quick tire pressure check for the long journey home. A couple hours later I was off, heading west, listening to the exhaust notes growling out of the Panamera GTS. The next day I arrived home and my wife has not stopped smiling or taken the Panamera out of Sport mode since! Thanks Nikhil! You rock.

I bought a certified Porsche Cayenne and the experience is outstanding. Nikhil Patel was very professional and promised only what he can deliver , He said NO to things that he can deliver. Even 4 months after I bought the car, he addressed the couple of minor issues, went above and beyond and give a tour of amenities(Motor works free car wash, etc..) and introduced sales manager to get me great service. Historically, I haven't enjoyed the car buying experience; however, Nikhil and the sales team (Marcin, Derek, Nina, and others) went above and beyond to make this time great! Salmaan Bokhari, the rep I dealt with was very professional and very accommodating. The deal was completed quickly and smoothly. The car, when delivered, exceeded all my expectations.
