I came into the dealership to get my vehicle’s oil

I came into the dealership to get my vehicle’s oil changed i ended up getting the works package the work was done in about an hour or less the salesman informed me that the technician replaced the lug nuts on my vehicle because they were swollen he informed that their wasn’t a charge for replacing the lug nuts because it should have been caught in the dealership inspection of my vehicle that was much appreciated my car runs great!

Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely terrible! I have purchased several vehicles from you guys and the service has gotten worse every time I use you guys for something. I (scheduled an appointment) to get my oil changed, fuel filter changed, tires balanced and rotated. After I told two different ladies over the phone the tire and rim size, and that Wild Willies would probably have to complete the balance and rotation. I got a call from your service department saying that they had to send it over to Wild Willies for just that. They also said they would call me when it was completed before the end of the day. Also advised me that I would receive a text about the oil change to make a payment. There was a recall that she advised me of and it was not even a thought for you guys to handle while you had my truck. I called Wild Willies to see if they completed my truck yet as I had not heard from your service department and they told me they would not be able to even get to it for a couple days minimum. He told me that they stay about a week and a half out on work. I told him that’s why I made a freaking appointment and told two different ladies my situation. Absolutely unacceptable the run around I received the past couple Times I brought you a vehicle to work on. I guess Brad got WAY too big for his britches and the customers service went to xxxx in a handbag. But I’m sure you guys could care less. You really don’t have any competition, or you would be hurting for sales and service if you did. Very unhappy and disappointed customer for several years now. I guess it’s time to find a new dealership that wants to treat people like people!!!!!

My most resent service at Akins was very pleasing,

My most resent service at Akins was very pleasing, Vanessa Easley was the greatest service writer. She made me feel at home and made sure that I got the best deal for The Works oil change and tire rotation. They finished the job ahead of schedule. The waiting area is extra comfortable with free coffee and soda, free ice cream treats, 3 tv’s, computers with internet use and vending machines

Good pricing, however don’t expect the sales person to

Good pricing, however don’t expect the sales person to care about you the second you make a deal. After financing got completed had to wait around for 30+ minutes cause our sales guy was talking to another person. Had to go to the front desk and ask for bags to clear out our old truck then sit around waiting for the 2 keys to the truck to leave, already been at the dealer for to 4 hours. Then added leather to my truck, dropped off my truck gave them a week to do it. Showed up the sales guy had no clue where my keys were and he blamed it on someone at Willie’s however the keys were on his desk, he made sure to hassle me twice for my spare for my trade in but couldn’t care about me asking for someone from Willie’s to call me to add a lift to my truck, nobody ever called me. Needless to say not spending another dime with akins/willies.
