Burlington Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Everything was great until I signed papers. Part of my deal included running boards. When I went to make appointment for them to be installed. Was told I could not have appointment time because I was "not a customer. "But could wait till they could fit me in that day. When I arrived that day was told there were no running boards made by jeep for my vehicle. They finally installed after market a week later. There were more issues. But not enough room here

Jacq was great to work with. She was straight up and to the point. She was willing to work with us and was courteous to our needs. I would definitely buy from her again. We already had our own financing which made it very easy and what should have been less time consuming. The only frustration we had was that the final paper work from finance took so long.

A Great Experience at City Auto park in Burlington NJ. The salesman, Femi A. Adeyina was a honest, knowledgeable and a nice man. We bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wife loves it. The Finance manager, Pete, gave me great advice and explanation on different packages. Shopped around other Jeep dealers in area and walked out. High recommend this salesman and City Auto park. A 5 star experience.

Went into delearship to reduce my monthly car payment. They reduced my monthly payment dramatically.Moe my sales rep and Pete the finance manager were wonderful. This car sales experience was the best I have ever had. I have purchased and leased many cars. I would recommend this dealership to just about anyone. I felt very welcome and pleased with the service I got. My sales person was a new guy and I was his first sale. He was very nice and one of the things I liked about him. Was if I had a question and he didn't know the answer he didn't BS me. He went and made sure he was giving me the right answer.
