The fair friendly service we recieved will have us checking back in the future. I was given all my options at closing in a clear concise manner and allowed to make my decisions without stress.

I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a vehicle or looking for repairs to their vehicle. This place took me under their wings when I needed them the most. I have a lease vehicle for my job. It is a GM vehicle. After everyone else on the town of Portage turned me away, Portage Ford accepted me right away. They got me back on the road in three hours and even though this breakdown was an inconvenience, the inconvenience they did save me from getting towed , a rental etc to keep doing my job was way more beneficial than any words can describe. Even with my bad luck, I was lucky to have a dealership like this close by. God has truly blessed this dealership. Thank you so much and God bless.
