Brian in the autobody shop is brilliant! He's very nice, honest and up front. I was shaken and scared out of my mind after the deer attacked my car (no lie, a deer charged my car on R2) but he helped me out, did everything with the insurance people, got my car up and running. It was terrific. I was even impressed when the gentleman who sold me my car called to make sure I was okay. Very happy with everybody. But Brian is an excellent person, a very hard worker and should get some kind of attention for his great customer service!

Great Service Department and clean facilities
Rick -- my service manager kept me informed of the whole service and recall. He provided me with a car for the day. He mcalled me when my Malibu was ready. Great Dealer.

I went looking for cars expecting to be pressured by a salesperson and thought this would be a hassle. I was pleasantly surprised that as soon as I walked into your showroom a Saleperson (Peter Jack) came over and and asked if anyone was helping us yet. Right from that moment it was nice to have someone who answered all our questions with knowledge and without feeling like he wasn't going to let us out without buying a car! He was very relaxed so it put me at ease. I always hate the idea of starting to look for a new car. But this one turned out to be very easy. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and polite. I would like to Thank the personnel at Salvador Chevrolet for way the conducted business. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2013 Equinox. My first brand new car! I have already told many people about the great experience I had. Thank you again.

Great buying experience
We were very satisfied, Mike made the whole car buying experience easy. We came in after work so it was almost the dealership's closing time just to look but he stayed an hour or two late knowing we just looking to help us pick a truck that best fit our needs, then take it for a nice test drive on a back road and highway, answered all my questions which I had quite a few and then went back to find all the rebates to help us save the most money so we ended up buying the truck that night. He made getting us on the road easy taking care of all the insurance and registry paperwork as well as the inspection sticker. He even came to our house later that night to pick up our down payment so we were able to pick up the truck the next day and have it for the weekend. Upon delivery he gave us a demo of all the controls and features on the truck, filled the gas tank and even gave us a nice tour of the dealership after we took delivery. I never felt pressured to buy, it was the best car buying experience I've had to date I will definitely be back to Salvadore Chevy the next time we buy a vehicle.

Great Company
I have several car dealings with Sales Consultant Michael Bezio, and each time I have received excellent service. The Salvadore Sales Staff have gone way out of their way to give me a total satisfying deal. I will not trade with any other dealership. The Chevys that I have purchased have always been top notch.

Excellent Experience
I had the best possible experience. I was allowed to drive around in a Dodge Challenger, and then test drive the car I was REALLY going to buy! Pete was a fantastic sales person, I could tell that the sale was second to making sure I was comfortable and happy with the car. It was great. There was not pushy sell-sell-sell mentality. Everybody there was helpful, nice, moved slowly (meaning that they didn't push me into anything) I was informed of everything every step of the way and even given a tour of the grounds. Fantastic!
