I took my 2013 F-150 in for an oil change. I was met as soon as I walked in the door and told the supervisor what I wanted and it was taken care of. I was impressed with the fast service and the attitude that they cared about the business I was giving them. However I was disappointed when I got home and noticed the cover under my vehicle that covers the oil drain and other things was just hanging. The technician was careless in not ensuring everything was replaced as it was supposed to be.

Oil change
In and out - no problems. Enjoy your hours of being open until 8:00 during the week. I can come to town after work and get an oil change.

At 12:30 I pulled up & only 1 vehicle was in a stall, 2 men working on it, one black in Wtn Ford shirt & one white in a white t-shirt. That was the east stall, two employees were at that desk & one employee was at center desk eating some hotdish. I went to speak to the one employee at the front desk along the wall (bald, bespeckled, older gentleman). He told me to go to one of the men in the stall desks. (No help whatsoever!) The guy eating hotdish couldn't help & said the guy with the black shirt at the other desk would be over in a little bit. Luckily one of the guys working on the vehicle, the white guy, with the white t-shirt & blonde hair, came right over. He politely asked what I wanted done, gave me the buzzer & (for the first time EVER) demonstrated what it would do when my vehicle service was complete. Thanks goodnes he was there!!

Ford Edge
Donna was a great help, she answered all our questions. I (Cindy) love my new EDGE!!! Everyone works great together at Watertown Ford, Donna brought over an employee that has leased the Edge and has had 3 of them and not one problem, so that helped a lot!! Rick was very helpful on suggesting accessories to add to my new vehicle. Thanks Watertown Staff for all your help!!
