Took my beautiful, meticulously maintained 2000 Ford F250 7.3 diesel in for oil change, fuel filter change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 11:15am, didn't get it done until 3:20pm. Honestly I understand shop delays as I owned a motorcycle service facility for 42 years and I know how it is however I do expect professionally done service. Everybody knows a 7.3 holds 15 quarts of crankcase oil. Apparently their "tech" didn't know this as mine was over filled by half a quart. I climbed under my truck to make sure all else was done correctly. My vehicle was not greased! My zerks are dirty, there's no fresh grease on the front end at all and all my ball joint boots are flat. Could not believe my eyes! I supplied my own oil, filter and fuel filter. To make up for the loss, this dealership charged me $50 to replace my fuel filter. We are traveling, at home I do my own so I know it takes 3 minutes tops to complete. You 7.3 owners know I'm telling the truth. All in all I wouldn't have minded waiting so long had the job been done right nor would I have left a negative review.

Service department doesn’t care
Brought my new 2018 F-150 in for dash replacement service department had my truck 2 days when I got it back it had damage to the interior and bed of truck was scratched service tech said the put seats in bed of truck upon removal. I’m not happy with damage to my truck . Just goes to show my truck wasn’t checked out after repair it was just parked in parking lot and nothing said. I recommend the sales department but I do not recommend the service dept for repairs

oil change and service
I stopped at the dealership and made my appointment for an oil change and service. It took about 5 minutes. I had no trouble getting a convenient time so that I could just wait for the work to be done. I arrived at the appointed time, register with the service center and my car went in the shop. I waited in the clean customer waiting room, was offered a cookie, there was reading material and a TV for entertainment. It took about an hour. They came, got me, took me to the cashier, I settled up, got a receipt, it was for $42 and change, they went over the bill explaining what was done and the results of certain tests and visual inspections, and was on my way in another 10 minutes. They offered a free complementary wash job. I did not need it. All work was properly done. I have had service here since I bought the car here in January of 2013. I have always been pleased.

Great Service Department
We had a very pleasant experience with the AJ Ford service dept. this past week. Service Manager, Jermey, Service Advisor, Eddie and Shop Foreman, Doug could not have been more helpful, informative, knowledgeable and courteous. The work was done promptly, thoroughly and with great communication. They also cheerfully worked with our aftermarket warranty company for another plus. We will definitely be back for our routine service or other repairs if needed. Thanks guys.
