New F150 Purchase

Mercury Marquis 2005 - Maintenance at Alan Jay

As usual, I took my Mercury in for regular service. The service was done as scheduled, and I was even surprised by receiving a courtesy car wash. My car is looking like new!

Excellent

Went in for 20,000mile servicing. Everything went smoothly and my salesman even came outside to say hello. I do, however, get quite tired of all the surveys.

Service on 2011 Lincoln MKX

The young woman, Jeanette Schaffner, Service Advisor, did an outstanding job of taking care of the needs of my MKX. In order to complete the repairs, you needed to keep my MKX over night. She kept me informed to the progress and was able to get me back in time to pick up my MKX. Great job. This is a valued employee. GEH

Service

I had an oil change and tire rotation. The Works, I had a coupon, honored with no problem. Work was done at the appointed time, all questions answered and a car wash.

Dropped my car off for 10K check and my courtesy ride to work was there early. Nice surprise. Courtesy van can to get me to get my car back quickly. Both rides were pleasant.

Ford no go

The staff was very polite and helpful. Plus they didn't lie about the problem to increase my bill. The waiting room was comfortable with coffee and I assume homemade cookies.

Alan Jay

The Alan Jay employees were very courteous, friendly and efficient. Explanation of details was thorough. Jeanette Schaffner, the lady who did all the paper work on my car, was great. She knew and performed her responsibilities in a professional manner. She deserves high marks. It was also nice to have the courtesy van since I needed to leave my car for several hours.
