Dealership was fine. Mr. Singh was professional and a pleasure to work with. I should have sold my trade in Subaru 2017 105,000 mi. Subaru in NY offered 9315, Old Bridge Ford gave me 6500. Sell first before doing deal and come in with money. I was foolish. CT5 is great 6 cylinder. Can not wait to drive it every day. Subaru, was fun but not as quiet.

Service department is the reason we return to All.
Over the years I have purchased cars from All American Ford. The sales department is very good. However, what keeps us coming back is the service. They are knowledgeable and they do everything to make the service visit comfortable. They explain everything in advance and let’s you know what their doing as they service the car. They are quick and efficient. In particular, Allison went out of her way when I picked my car up to assure me about some questions I had regarding tires .

Great Service Experience
I took my car to All American Ford in Old Bridge for a collision repair and the level of service was outstanding. Starting with the service advisor Allison Schwartz who managed my service request and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair. She was always pleasant and professional. The other individual that I had contact with was Pat in the auto body shop there at the Old Bridge location. He too was outstanding in the level of service he provided. He was very thorough in examining the damage on my car and explaining to me what was needed in the repair along with providing an approximate timeline for it. Both of them also were very responsive when I pointed out a minor issue once my car was returned to me and are working with me to address it. This is my second time dealing with the service department at All American Ford and I will say that on both occasions the level of service has been outstanding. Thanks folks

Do not buy here
Very unprofessional dealership from top to bottom. The only person I had an okay experience with was Chris my salesman. Came from out of state to New Jersey and bought a vehicle. Dealership waited well over two weeks to send my paperwork to my home states DMV causing my temporary plate from them to expire while waiting for my plate. Every time I called for an update I was pushed on to someone new and nobody knew what was going on with my paperwork/plate. Spoke to several “managers” and every single one had 0 clue about the situation then tried to blame me for not contacting them sooner when I was calling every other day trying to get an answer about where my stuff is. Receptionist had an attitude and made some rude comments to herself about me without realizing her phone wasn’t on hold yet. Ended up getting my plates and everything almost 2 months later. Almost a whole month after my temporary tag from them expired. Had to call ford corporate multiple times and get the dealership on the phone with them. I’d never buy from here again. A very unprofessional dealership that doesn’t do a thing for you after they get your money. Never have had issues with a dealership like this and if you’re thinking about coming in from out of state to buy from them just forget it and save yourself the headache.

This review is disappointing to receive. Exceptional service department
Parts and service department are fantastic…. James helped me order all my extras I wanted for my truck. Devon helped me out once my car was taken in for instal and both of them kept me updated and informed through the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the service department here.

This is a 1 star dealership. I ordered a truck back in February with a locked deal with $796 monthly payment from this dealership and I have a copy of the deal. This dealer promised me that the truck will be ready between 3 weeks and up to two months due to COVID-19. I was trying to reach the lease manager with whom I built the truck for updates but haven't got an answer during this time. A Couple days ago one of the sales people called me and said your truck has arrived. I went to pick it up and was surprised how my monthly payments on locked deal went up from $796 to $1200. On my question why the price significantly changed i got an answer due to low parts inventory and high prices at manufacture everything went up. The Truck was ordered with Carmelo interior and came with black interior. I Spoke with a couple different dealerships and all of them said that if you ordered a car with the price at that time you got the same deal when the car arrived. It doesn't matter what was happened during the buildable process. My current lease is ended and due to these guys i have to extend my lease and order a different car right now. I Will never ever have a deal with Ford again in my life and will report these guys everywhere I can for such customer service. If you want to buy a Ford avoid this dealership and go to a different location.
