Well went here for a recall along with a customer

Well went here for a recall along with a customer satisfaction program letter to receive a rebate on work I had done. Per Ford Headquarters. Dealt with a man named Rob. Right from the German go he was not very friendly.He told me he had to get an ok from boss and would call me in few days. Well that didn't happen I dropped by and asked why no call? If looks could kill he said my paperwork wasn't good enough. I asked why no call? He then yelled at me to get out and not to come back WoW never to go back there Long story short went to another Ford dealer and my check is on its way

Great experience ate Bill Dube

A Great experience at Bill Dube. My salesman Andrew Was very knowledgeable about The F150 answered all My guestions. The transaction was The best l Ever had. I highly recommend Bill Dube. Thanks to The whole team.

Good buying experience

Over the years I have always gone to Bill Dube for buying my cars and have had good experiences with them. So when my daughter wanted to go shopping for a newer car locally we came here. She shopped ahead of time , found a car she liked and set up an appointment for Saturday to see it. We were assigned to Shawn Harvey . He's still new to the area but He immediately made us feel very comfortable . There was no pressure to buy anything and He was easy to work with. She bought her car and is very happy with it. Thank you Shawn for a great buying experience!

Good buying experience

Over the years I have always gone to Bill Dube for buying my cars and have had good experiences with them. So when my daughter wanted to go shopping for a newer car locally we came here. Wast of my valuable time

The worst experience ever. They made an appointment for me to come and look at a car on Sat. They knew I was traveling 200 miles to see the car. After 3 hours of driving I got there and found out that the car wouldn't be ready till the following Tues. Then they asked if they could show me something else. I said no. I came here for that particular car. Saturday is the only day of the week I have to look for cars. They completely ruined an opportunity for me to look elesewhere for cars that were ready. I also lost 10 bucks for looking up the VIN and also had to pay another 700 for the rental I was planning on dropping off that day. I certainly wasn't going to drive out again, miss a days work on Tues. They don't care about your needs, they just want to get you in there to sell you anything.

Dealer too Expensive!!

Dealer is marking up Mach E $5,000. There are plenty of dealers in the area with NO MARKUP. Also…this dealer continues to advertise a free level 2 home charger in the month of Dec with purchase of Mach E. They refused to honor this ad.

Very good experience!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new 2021 Ford EcoSport. The salesman, Sam, was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in finding us just the right vehicle for my wife. She loves it! Also, we have never had a better experience than we had with the sales manager, Jerry. He helped us get the best deal possible. Excellent people!

Bait and switch

I have bought many new cars and my experience at Bill Dube was the worst ever. It started well with their Internet sales team agreeing to match a lease quote from another dealer with a slight adjustment because their Highlander had a couple of extra options but went downhill after driving an hour to Dover expecting to buy a new SUV. We introduced ourselves as having talked to the Internet team and the sales rep who worked with us started at over $200/month higher than our agreed price! We showed him the emails with the Internet team and he called over a manager. She said she could not match the price we had been promised. After going through several proposals, she said the absolute best she could do is $25/month higher and an $2,000 down. Not even close! She tried to justify the difference by saying the vehicle in stock had $1k in extra options so has to add $30/month to the lease. I explained to her that she was wrong - a $1k increase in MSRP is $10/month with the residual and money factor used by Toyota. She still as she had incorrectly insisted it is $30 more. I don't know if she doesn't understand leases or if this is a tactic used at Bill Dube to convince customers to pay more than they should for a lease. I then used the Toyota web site on my phone and configured exactly the same vehicle to show her the Toyotathon lease rate from Toyota was much lower than her offer. She tried saying that Toyota charges fees that were included in her lease proposal but she could not list fees that came close to explaining the difference. It was clear that she was unable or unwilling to match the lease deal her own Internet team had offered and also would not match the lease deal on the Toyota web site. There was no point continuing the conversation so we left and bought from the other dealer.

What an amazing experience with Ali and Donna.

Came in with my mother and stepfather as they wanted to get a Sienna minivan. There were a couple of used Siennas to look at which fit right in the price and payment range, as well as some new vehicle options which interested us. The pricing was more than fair and the salesperson and sales manager were so nice. Debbie (the owner) came over and introduced us to her cute little dog as well :) Just a great experience overall and I would highly recommend Ali to anybody. Really nice guy, personable, worked hard for us.

first time customer

On Sat. 5/11/19 I was used truck shopping thought I'd check them out, salesman Brian met me in parking lot, asked what I was looking for, I replied used trucks, not a Ford, excellent experience, I've always been a G. M guy I now drive a fine F150, great place and people to do business with
