I bought a 2014 Ford Focus over a year ago. I live in Whitesboro, TX and drive close to 40 miles to have my vehicle serviced, even though there is a Ford dealer in Whitesboro, TX and also in Gainesville, TX. Enough said.

Clean facility
I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer. Everything was ready when I arrived to pick up the car. The paper work was ready, the credit had been checked, and the car was ready! Bobby Foster is great!! The gentleman who handled the paper work was great, as well!!

2015 edge. Excellent service! Went in for an oil change and was very pleased with my vehicle when I picked it up. Not only was the oil changed in a timely manner, but it was also washed. The staff was very helpful and friendly, Definitely the best dealership I've dealt with! No complaints whatsoever!

Excellent service department!
I love my 2013 Escape, it's been a great car! I had scheduled an appointment for the routine oil change and had a light come on for low engine fluid. They found a bad hose and ordered the parts, which came in next day. It was warrantied and I was back in my car that afternoon. The service department was very professional and took great care of me and my car. Couldn't have been s better experience!
