if i could give it zero stars I would. Worst customer experience bait and switch from sales. Bought Lincoln Navigator from there in 2022 that was certified pre-owned and given paperwork when the salesmen dropped it off. After trying to make a claim they denied CPO status and the salesmen had been fired. Super shady that no one could verify the CPO status or warranty even though we had the paperwork. Lots of terrible reviews on line for this dealer. Total junk and wont honor their word nor paperwork. Will tell everyone I know not to shop here and they were incredibly rude to my wife. Stay away from shady and cheating dealership. Again stay away nothing but shady reviews then generic Bot reiews for how great it is. Casa Ford is a unethical shady dealer.
