Progressive chose this place to have our vehicle

Progressive chose this place to have our vehicle repaired. I am in agreement with the other review regarding this place and progressive. No one is working for the customer. They are all about their own self interest. From the beginning it has been a xxxx show and it's not even over. They've had the car a month. The lack of empathy, poor customer service and miscommunication is disappointing to say the least. Thankfully this isn't the car we use everyday. Dealing with 3 people at Brondes, and different people at progressive. It's unorganized. The service department and collision department do not communicate well either. I really want them to give my car back so we can take it someplace else.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR COLLISION REPAIR SERVICES! BOTH BRONDES AND PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE ARE INCONSIDERATE AND DECEPTIVE COMPANIES. MY CAR HAS BEEN SITTING ON THIS LOT FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW. VERY LITTLE COMMUNICATION FROM SARAH WHO W/ HELD INFO ABOUT MY CAR AND ANTICIPATED PARTS. IAN HAS BEEN NO HELP EITHER. MY CAR RENTAL IS DUE BACK IN 2 DAYS, YET I HAVE NO VEHICLE. CROOKS!! IT'S UNFAIR TO HOLD A CUSTOMER'S CAR FOR A MONTH AND NOT FIND AN AGREEABLE SOLUTION. NO ONE IS WORKING FOR ME. NO ONE. NOT BRONDES OR PROGRESSIVE. PLEASE HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO ANOTHER IN-NETWORK SHOP THAT CAN GET PARTS AND FIX MY CAR. COVID IS OVER. THE EXCUSES ARE PATHETIC. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL OCT FOR A PART TO COME. I was an out of state buyer.

I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!

Collison center They called on the 8th and said my car...

Collison center They called on the 8th and said my car would be ready to go on the 9th. 9th came, no call. I called on the 10th and they said the car would be done on the 12th. 12th came, halfway through their work day I called and left a message. They called back and told me the car was done. I paid the deductible and sent my boyfriend to pick it up. They gave him the paperwork and when he couldn't find the car in the parking lot (and it was cold out) he went back in and the lady had to go check with her techs. Came back and told him it would be done Monday the 15th. Well Monday the 15th came and went and no phone call....Tuesday they called to say it was done, we were out of town so I picked it up today (19th) and it has a scuff on the steering wheel!!!! I never got a xxxx apology

I didn't hear everything

I purchased an escape while visiting in early December. I was told the dealer had put new brakes on and it came with a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty. On my way back to Toledo I had some problems. Had them repaired. I stopped by Brondes to inquire about the warranty and found out that the salesman forgot to say "limited " when referring to the warranty and brake job was just replacing pads. I paid a little more for the car because of the bumper to bumper warranty. I should have asked but I trusted him on his word. Funny thing is he never asked to fix or repair the brake problem. He just told me what he couldn't do. And let me leave an unhappy customer
