Great experience

Mike made the purchasing process on my new F150 pretty painless. He addressed any concerns I had and made sure I was satisfied with the purchase. The transaction didn't nearly as much time as I have experienced at other dealers. I found the size of the dealership made the whole experience better vs the larger dealers where you're just another sale.

Ed Kohen Review-Good Service

I was notified by Lincoln that my vehicle had a recall on the brakes and contact the dealership. I had been in to complete additional recall upgrades earlier, but the dealership had to order parts to complete the brake recall repair. Lori from Ed Kohen contacted me and scheduled the appointment that was convenient to both of us and set the appointment for first thing in the morning. I arrived on time and the upgrade repairs were completed within an hour. Service contact came to me with the receipt and a car wash certificate and I was on my way.

Lost me as customer dont think I be able to refer

Getting jerked around and complete run around seems like they just want to play games was sold first car no problems i absolutely can not refer any one to you

Ed Koehn Ford Experience

I worked with Michael Ruff to lease this car. We sent lots of emails back and forth to get the lease where I was hoping to get it. Michael was/is great to work with- knowledgeable of the product, informed, patient, understanding and wanting to make sure I was happy with everything. This was a good experience. I also talked with the owner-Ed- who I have known for quite awhile. Michael also took me around to all the different departments and introduced me to the staff.

There was no issue when buying or new car. Everything was easy and smooth with no hiccups or anything! Will certainly shop again.
