Not good again.

Not good again. I sent my son to Fremont Ford Riverton to try to give another shot. Disappointed once again and again. Even their service department keeps making me mad every time. My son’s truck he bought I understand will have issues buying used but they completely missed $2700.00 worth of issues. That took a few ringers to get them to fix it. Will not be purchasing anymore vehicles used or new from them or recommending Fremont Ford to anyone no more. Disappointing sells and the service dept as well, very rude and disrespectful.

Be Careful!

Dealer attempted to repair a transmission and drive train on F350. $6000 later and transmission pegged (HOT) three times. We traded for a 2020. Waiting for legal documents to be sent to Arizona. Dealer selects not to communicate as the answer. Be Careful.

Great experience with CJ Williams

Very easy experience. Found the car on their web site. CJ was able to get it here in less than a day. We spent an hour test driving it. Bought it and was home in less than 3 hours.

Oil Change

They did a great job!! They went out of their way to come and pick up my car and bring it back to me!! Thank you guys again!!

I got nothing bad to say

This particular shop is the pinnacle of service shops you won't go wrong here I have 5 vehicles I'm a mechanic myself but got a destroyed back I DON'T TRUST ANYONE ELSE but this shop to work on my vehicles Darrell Cooper,Chancy Tatro, Chris Saxton,Jeremy Tatro ALL TOP NOTCH HANDS as is all the people that work at FREMONT FORD OF RIVERTON I will never go anywhere else thank you guys for all that you do

truck service

Service is the best !! Darrell is great to work with, very helpful in figuring truck problem. Got it fixed and then they washed truck for me... ACES All the way !!!!!

HAD MY GMC WORKED ON!

F150 broke down in Riverton

My F150 broke down while we were passing through Riverton. Darrel was able to get us in and the mechanic promptly identified the problem. The parts were available and it was fixed with only a 2-3 hour delay to our trip. We were pleased with the response and the service.

Joke and ripoff place

Don't ever go there to get anything done.. they screwed my wife over and told her a complete lie about what was wrong with my puckup.. complete joke.. and they also changed the oil and never called to get approval to add def fluid .. pissed me off the service manager said she would remover the def from the bill and she also lied .. not very pleased at all.

F150 owner

The service staff are very friendly and helpful. The Fremont care is excellent. You get a free car wash and vehicle inspection with an oil change service.
