Every time I bring my explorer in for service, my experience is great. The service department always is pleasant and treats me great. The service department always is timely and I have never had any problem.

BOB's Navigator

Oil change on my 2016 Lincoln. Prompt appointment and my Navigator was taken care of. Friendly staff.

Awesome buying experience

I have purchased numerous new vehicles from this dealership. They have beaten any offers I've received from other dealerships and find rebates for us that we didn't know exist. I really appreciate their no hassle sales staff and had great luck with Kourtney Koch. Jeff in finance knows his business like no one else and will work his magic finding the best financing available or the best way to save you money. I do highly recommend them and have many family members who have also purchased vehicles from this dealership.

Detailing and service

Everything was great, except that I didn't know that the detailing would take so long. The person who set up the appointment told me it would take 2 hrs. It took longer than that. I live 60 miles away from the dealership so I ended up sitting there all day. You can only spend so much time at Walmart. I think they did an awesome time on my Rav 4

Satisfaction

Over time I have found that needed service was made available on the spur of the moment in times of need for such service. I find the entire service staff friendly and eager to help as needed, all being good ambassadors for public service. The caliber of work done on my vehicles has been excellent.

Great service after the purchase

Purchased a Toyota Avalon, the staff is extremely nice helping us navigate all the features of the car. Waiting area is very nice with free snacks and beverages. Shuttle service is great. Would highly recommend Helena Motors!
